Bug Description
If the LocomotiveViewer is created with the locomotive not in initial conditions, depending from the specific .sms file some sounds could not be played or the wrong sound could be played.
To avoid this, when the LocomotiveViewer is created some sound Events must be generated to put the .sms streams in the correct state.
