System.NullReferenceException at Orts.Viewer3D.SceneryMaterial.LoadDayTexture (1.3.1.4328, CPR Mactier Sub, NB Manifest 223)

I reported this issue in the past; I was advised to install the most recent experimental version of OR. Did that, seemed to resolve but did not. The route specified in the Log had run nearly crash free for three years. Now, most train operation activities are crashing with the same error: Error: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. I reinstalled the current stable version of OR and still get the crashes - every time I run the activities. I have not had similar crashes with other routes. I have attached the Log File for an OR session that crashed. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks again to all of the OR developers for creating OR.
