Bug Description
On articulated steam locomotives such as the Big Boy or the Challenger as well as some other steamers which use multiple engine units to form the locomotive, I've noticed a bug where the other engine units (which are controlled and fired by the AI to match the performance of the manned engine unit driven by the player) inexplicably run out of fuel/water and stop working (even worse, the fusible plugs often melt, which kills the empty engine units and requires restarting the scenario) even though the locomotive's fuel/water supplies in the tender aren't empty.
I've noticed that using the "immediate refill" command usually restarts the "empty" units, but it shouldn't really be an issue in the first place as all should be drawing fuel and water from the same source.
I will add I usually fire the "active" part of the locomotive myself manually, if that helps.
