Bug Description
Following problems occur :
- train is not always reported as stopped in station even if it is stopped in correct position
- train is always reported late if train ends in station without station stop time being set, but with qualifier $setstop set in #dispose field.

Re. train is not always reported as stopped in station even if it is stopped in correct position :
additional check is added : if front of train is beyond platform position but rear of train is still short of platform position, train is set as stopped in station (trais spans platform).
Re. train is always reported late if train ends in station without station stop time being set, but with qualifier $setstop set in #dispose field :
the starttime of this train is now set as arrival/departure time for the station stop, but the arrival/departure time should be set to the starttime of the train into which this train is formed.
