Bug Description
Dear openrails Community!
We get sympthoms like freezing when loading the menu screen on Windows 10 as far as I remember on Windows 7 there was no sympthoms like that I would like to ask you to fix that bug because it's really annoying.
There are some times when I need to restart OR three times at last to load the framework the openrails itself.

try re-installing OR.
I'm playing on WIN10 and I haven't had any trouble with the OS.
