Bug Description
In this add on there are vocal train announcements as wel engineer information,which makes this add on very special,in msts though this works very fine but enfortunatly noy open rails,these sounds are in blind trains and are triggered at certain speed or location,what can i do to make these work in open rails?

Announcements triggered by blind trains should work also in OR. If they don't, probably due to a difference in timings between MSTS and OR, the announcements aren't triggered in sync with the player train. To have that working there are two possible solutions, that both aren't trivial:
1) either modifying timings of blind trains
2) or modify the activity using the specific OR functions for this (see chapter 10.16, and more specifically 10.16.8 of OR manual)
