Bug Description
When I click on Open Rails , it demands to charge on Microsoft DirectX 9
I am on Windows Vista 10.
So I cannot charge this version on my PC.
Open Rails fails to continue.

Windows Vista is no more supported in the latest versions of Open Rails. You must have either Windows 7 SP1, or Windows 8.1, or Windows 10.
