System.IO.InvalidDataException at Orts.Formats.Msts.AceFile.Texture2DFromStream (1.3.1.4328, BNSF Seligman (Open Rails), Westward Grain)

trying to load BNSF Seligman route activity "Westward Grain", I get the following error:

System.IO.InvalidDataException
Incorrect signature
expected SIMISA@F or SIMISA@@, got 'DDS|

I've also reported this to Trainsimiulations. Since other activities load OK, I tend to assume the fault is in the specific activity not in OR itself.

Further to this, I get the same error loading any activity, including ones that loaded successfully before.

You have an environment sky file that is in dds format instead of in ace format.
Either you locate and replace it or you uncheck the experimental option "MSTS Environments". Pls. report about the result.

yes, turning off MSTS Environments allows it to load. What I don't know is how that even got turned on :)

I'll check the instructions that come with the route, don't recall if it was specified to use or not use that option.

I get the same error, I was told by Jason at Trainsimulations, this was caused by my graphic card.
I also sent a bug report to Open Rails. i ran tests on other routes, had no problem.
