System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException at Orts.Viewer3D.MSTSSkyMaterial..ctor (1.3.1.4328, CPR Mactier Sub, CP 111 part 1, loading crashes at about 25%)

There were also three cars with MaxHandbrakeForce ( 27.2.2kN ) which I corrected to MaxHandbrakeForce ( 27.2kN )
The crash still remains the same otherwise.

There seems a file missing in the MSTS environment files.
Either you find the missing file (it seems to be a sky with clouds texture) or you uncheck the MSTS environment files option.
