program crashes on startup

"System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\DJV\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp1D79.tmp' because it is being used by another process" Im not sure if I have already reported this bug but I am getting frustrated for some reason I can't even play this sim anymore. I'm not sure what would cause this... and on top of that my OpenRailsLog.txt will not appear anywhere. Every time I would start the session/game up it would give me the same exact error but the Local\Temp\(Any tmp file) would change constantly and it would be a different file each time. I am also getting another error but I will report that on a different thread.

For this attempt I used the Surfliner 2.2 route and loaded up a custom 3DTS P42DC. I can also send pictures of my settings as of now since everything is just giving me odd problems

You might have an anti-virus or other protection software installed which is interfering here. If you can, please try adding an exception for Open Rails or - temporarily - disable it just long enough to confirm whether that fixes the problem.

These temporary files are created by one of the libraries we use, so we cannot control their existence or behaviour, unfortunately.
