Bug Description
Route : Powder River Basin
Activity : UP 175 South
This activity shows "Yellow" Signals in Track Monitor but signals are actually "Red" on Signals causing Emergency Application upon going through signal. When trying to reenter activity, Open Rails Crashes.

Your logfile is full of warnings of type:
Warning: Signal not found : JJHSWSTANDHIA1R.S n .
This means that OR isn't able to find the Shape files of the signals. I assume you haven't correctly installed the route.
