No blended braking with "EP" system & without PBL script

Bug Description
Becauze the PBL script not working fine with combined power handle system yet, i must make choice to go back to normal situation of braking of OpenRails. The train have "EP" as brake system, it was very strange that on testdrive blending was not work.
For test i have change the command "EP" to Air_Twin_Pipe and blending was working back.
The .ENG command line where i talk about is "BrakeSystemType ( "EP" )"

After testing, in F5 HUD window there is dynamic braking, but no sound.
By "EP" it work not propery like Twin Pipe for moment.
