Bug Description

A fatal error occurs on a world file that was uncompressed and cut off. The world file is w-011007+014318.w from route USA1. It would be helpful if the log included the name of this file.

Microsoft Train Simulator can start running this activity without error. It probably does not open all world files on startup.

Fixed in X4021 with more detailed logging (filename included in all cases), and it is no longer a fatal error.
