Open Rails does not support Tiles greater than 2x2

Bug Description
The IndRail V2 route is an excellent Route made by Mr. Arnab Sinha. This Route is working fine in both MSTS and Open Rails. But in some sections, Open Rails is not able to show the land properly while on the other hand MSTS is working fine with those sections. This is due to that - Open Rails does not support Tiles Greater than 2x2 but MSTS supports.
It is no fun to play without the land textures. I am attaching a OpenRailsLog.txt file and some pics for evidence. Kindly Solve this Error.
