System.FormatException at Orts.Simulation.Simulator.SetExplore (X4001, Swanage Railway)

Open Rails has been working fine for a couple of years. Updated to 4001 -worked fine. Then all of a sudden last night this started to come up and Open Rails crashes. Occurs on all routes. This version of O/R works fine on my other computer. Tried re=intalling O/R still comes up the same. All other programmes on the computer working perfectly. Bug report attached. Many Thanks

You have inserted the start time as 10.45. This is a wrong format. You must insert it as 10:45.

Hi Carlo, Thank you so much for your prompt reply and help. I do feel a
bit of a 'Donkey' now - I have been blaming Microsoft for their recent
update and the language has been quite descriptive! and we will not
mention the several hours of trying to fathom it out. How remiss and crass
stupid I am. I will learn from that one. Having said that - I have been
using MSTS since 2004 and Open Rails for about three years now. I have
built three routes for MSTS/Open Rails which are still going and this is
the first time I have had to ask for help so I suppose I have not done too
bad.

Thank you again for your help and also thanks and admiration for the fine
simulator that you and your colleagues have created - it is superb.
