Terrain loading error sampleYbuffer and sampleFbuffer

OR uses fileName + "_y.raw" and fileName + "_f.raw" instead of "sampleYbuffer" and "sampleFbuffer" properties from .t file when loading terrain tiles.
I found this during investigating some wrong rendered routes.

In some routes where terrain is created using low quality third party tools or where route builder modified terrain by hand, it cam make serious terrain data errors.
