Bug Description

See here https://plus.google.com/102791152604563090836?hl=de . When a trigger type is not applicable and it is the first one in the stream, OR crashes. The patch should solve the problem and output a warning string.

To avoid flooding of warnings, warnings related to ingame.sms (that has non working triggers) have been removed. Uploaded in x.3835.
