Bug Description

I had overrun a waiting point and went through a red light.
I went to manual to reset the emergency brake application.
I set back to get behind the red light.
The waiting point came back.
I braked to a stop.

Hm, OR believes you passed also a reversal point. Is it so? Were you on manual or on auto mode when you braked to the final stop?

Was it an absolute or a standard waiting point?

My bad wording,

I passed a reversal point, yes.

So there wasn't a waiting point, but a reversal point. I'll try to reproduce the issue.

auto mode

Cheers

I have created this activity: path has a reversal point before a signal, which stays at red.
Train starts, passes the signal and goes into TCSEmergency Braking. I pass to manual and reverse until I have again the red signal in front of me. At this point I pass to auto mode and stop the train. The train correctly catches the reversal point. No crash.
Also if I first stop the train and pass to auto mode I get no crash and the train catches the reversal point.
Is there some difference with your activity and your operation? Is the reversal point after the signal? Is there also a waiting point?

The reverse point is before the signal.
When I go very slow, the reverse point disappears before the red signal.
I have tried to replicate the issue, but cannot.

If you wish to close the call, its ok by me.

I'm not able to replicate the issue either.
However I'll leave it open, because it's still an unresolved bug, even if not systematic.
Thanks for support.
