Bug Description
On the DAR when a train starts in signaled territory on the CN and enters the dark territory of the DAR at Windsor Junction and passes the last signal, the speed is restricted to 25 instead of going to 50 for freight or 60 for passenger. This worked fine on MSTS but does stays at a restricted speed in OR.

This effects every route that has an unsignaled shortline or branch line connecting to a signaled mainline operation.
