Bug Description

In TimeTable-Mode:
If a Signal-speedreduction was reseted by the or_speedreset-function. the speedlimit will be reseted for the Trackmonitor and for the Speedlimit-indication in the Engine, but the speedreduction will not be reseted for the overspeed-monitor ( overspeed-indication in the Engine Acela and the emergency-brake).

Start the CHTestzug in TT-Mode:
you are standing before a Signal with speedreduction 40km/h ( 25 M/h)
behind this Signal you find a plate with a upward flesh, a speed-signal with the or_speedreset Function in the sigcfg.dat.
If you have passed this Signal with 40 km/h, the speedlimit in the Trackmonitor will change to 140 km/h (85 M/h)
If you speed up now the overspeed-Monitor in the Engine will show OVERSPEED, this monitor was not set to 140 km/h by the or_speedreset-function.
