Freight Animation is shown in passenger view. This does not occur in MSTS.

The sentence "Freight Animation is shown in passenger view. This does not occur in MSTS." is not true, at least in general, see http://www.elvastower.com/forums/index.php?/topic/28025-x3402-and-x3403/ . This bug is candidate for the invalid state. The change is being reverted.
