System.IO.IOException: The process can not have acces to the file C:\Users\...\OpenRailsLog.txt because it is beeing used in another process.

This error may due to bad data or a bug.

This is not a bug. Probably you have open some program that accesses OpenRailsLog.txt. It may be an antivirus or a backup program. If you want to avoid such errors you have to disable such programs when you run Open Rails.
