The attached doc shows:-

1. I am going down hill, but the gradient is still 1.6%, should be -1.6%,
2. the controls (forward / reverse) are reversed,
3. the driving loco (shown in red in the train operations window) is incorrect,
4. the car operations window has the angle cocks on the wrong end,
5. headlights are not on,
6. the cabview shows the ( now ) rear engine,
