Bug Description
In OR, EP brakes can't be released partially, only apply and full release is possible.

EP brakes can be released partially after application according to the HUD. What does not happen is the application of any brake force to the wheels.
Using the air_single or air_double pipe types gives a working EP style brake, but if you change air to EP, zero braking force.
