You are using a very old version of Open Rails. Could you pls. download the newest one from here http://james-ross.co.uk/projects/or/builds and try again? It would be also helpful if you attach here the .eng file of your cabcar.

It does this with every single cab car. I get the same error message with every single cab car that I try. It is not limited to one cab car but it gives me the error that I filed in the attachments with every single cab car that is in my collection. It is not limited to one cab car but it does this with any cab car that I try.

The version of open rails that I used I got from the open rails website. It has given me the same error message with every version of open rails that has come out or been made available. Every build of open rails that has been released it has given me the same problem.

Can you attach here file Coaster_2306.eng that causes the error?

This error was already reported long time ago, see https://bugs.launchpad.net/or/+bug/1221696 , but apparently it wasn't solved. I found the .eng file in such bug report. There is a problem on how OR interprets comments. Removing the comment (that starts with _skip) in the DieselSpecialEffects block avoids the problem, as a temporary solution. I attach here the modified Coaster_2306.eng file. Pls. check and let me know.

It's not a part of code I know, so I hope someone else will implement the final solution.

Does the problem still happen with version 1.4?
