Bug Description
When I set super elevation above zero on routes with scale rail (3DTS feather river, 3DTS Tehachapi Pass II) I get the scale rail track replaced by default track. Only the curved track is affected by this the straight sections remain as scale rail.

This is mostly expected, as superelevation is basically dynamic track and it needs a route-specific track profile file to correctly match non-default MSTS track.
