Bug Description

There is distinct no distinct 'end of activity' allowing preparation of an Activity Evaluation Report. See post #12, http://www.elvastower.com/forums/index.php?/topic/23479-activity-evaluation/page__st__10

Invalid? I strongly disagree; activities have a distinct end and we should do something with that.

(Whether the current, rather odd-looking to me, evaluation code is useful for it is another matter.)
