Missing signal posts on Severn Valley route (X.1975)

A numer of signal posts are missing on the Severn Valley Route. Missing posts on single semaphore signals and on individual semaphore signals on multi-signal gantries. Fault also observed by 'j72fan' on uktrainsim.com

Attached is a trial patch to cure the missing signal posts.

I have tested this extensively on my routes and it seems to have no adverse effects on signals that currently display and work correctly.

However, apart from the default routes, I have no routes with non-UK signals. Would anyone care to try it on non-UK signalled routes, especially Protrain routes, which I understand have given many problems in the past.

I should have added that the patch is effectively inserting one line but I've left all my debugging code in so that anyone testing it can see what differences occur between the existing code and the patched code.

Tests with the patch have been done on german routes which use odd signal visibility rules, with positive results. Therefore I have committed Dennis' patch (without test lines) in x.4164.
