Bug Description
Version 1744. When running the Gaetan Belanger 'Full Bucket Line' RDC's, the train is shut off. I press 'y' to start the locomotives, but they are stuck on 'Starting".

The problem appears to be related to the physics, but it could be caused by the parsing problems with '#' inline comments. May I ask you for more information about the ENG file? Maybe a download link of the loco would be helpful.
