X.1605: System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException at ORTS.ActivityTaskPassengerStopAt.IsMissedStation (on TIR Route when loco moves)

Symptom: At startup, advancing throttle causes crash - "System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException"
Route: Thousand Island Railway
Activity: "TIR Passenger Runs"
OR Version: Versions from X1477 and later, including X1605. (But - Release 0.8 and earlier X releases that I still have do not crash.)

Synopsis: After loading, switch to "Manual". Release brakes, wait for BC reading to fall to zero. Set direction to Forward, Advance throttle - Open Rails crashes.

All other default activities for this route operate OK.

Additional tests using X1605 on TIR (Thousand Island Railway) Activity, using the same path ("Gananoque Station - Gananoque Junction") and the same consist ("tir passenger runs"):
Mode: Explore - no crash, normal movement.
Mode: Switch to Manual immediately after loading - OR crashes on throttle increase.

Update: Another route and activity with similar behavior:
Route: Silverton Branch, D&RGW, Activity:Introduction

This appears to be related, since it dies in the function "public bool IsMissedStation()" in Activity.cs at startup without any player action.

P.S.
Just tried the Silverton Narrow Gauge "Introduction" - it also works fine, but the user has to reset some of the trailing ends of switches to stay out of trouble.
