Bug Description
Hi, i'm noticing long flickering shadow stripes since the release of distant mountains, even if distant mountains are disabled, on the experimental tab.
One of the places where i see this is, at the start of the Morning in Maryland default activity on Northeast Corridor.
The flickering sometimes stop, but after turn away with camera, and back, it starts again.
It seems is also depends on frame rate, or something, that's why i can't make a video about it, as if i enable the video recording, that shadow disappears.
