Bug Description
When the user clicks on a node in the project definition tree, a new node can be added, that needs to be associated to one of the fields still available in the layer and not taken by other nodes. In case no more fields are available, the GUI should provide a clear warning message, instead of opening a useless dialog where you can't select any field.
