Bug Description
If a layer has very complex geometries and it is much memory consuming, we should warn the user before attempting to upload it to the OQ-Platform. In fact, it might cause the Integrated Risk Viewer to run out of memory or to work too slowly.
It would be important to detect some kind of threshold over which we should warn the user.
