Bug Description
Maps do not work if they are accessed by a a non-admin user.
When a non-admin clicks on a pre-generated map (i.e. /maps/25) he gets an infinite redirect loop between the authentication page and the map itself.
Manually created maps work as expected. Issue is related to setup fixtures.
