Bug Description
The goal is modify a fixture to be used with a previous installation of openquakeplatform avoiding record clashes and data inconsistencies.
Current status:
- first complete implementation of a stand-alone python script, passing a set of fixtures it produce a new fixture compatible with the current database status.
- tests are included
TODO:
- implement descriptions for all models that we need
- integrate with our installation/update scripts
