Bug Description
Currently we are serving Mbtile and UtfGrid layers to the OQP via TileStream Server. With TileStream Server we need to pre compile each Mbtile layer.
TileStache server is also able to server to the web Mbtiles and UtfGrids. TileStache is able to create the tiles on the fly.
