Bug Description
Normal users can clone old curves (with some mandatory modifications), modify their own curves or create new ones.

The current status is 2 different groups with 'admin' and 'normal' permissions, both with 'staff' flag enabled.
Remove 'staff' flag from 'normal' users remains the open issue, priority lowers.
