TileStream in missing in GeoExplorer if a map is saved

Bug Description
The TileStream server is missing in the GeoExplorer source selection when a map is created without any TileStream layer and then is edited again.
It works if the map is a new one and if the map contains already a TileStream layer.

Also MapBox source is missing in the same way
