Bug Description
The LeafLet apps in the platform don't fit the template: some parts are hidden by the top menu, there are some unwanted white spaces around maps, some unused sidebars, sometime the maps are not displayed correctly after a window resize in other case they don't fit the screen (you have to scroll down to see the footer even on an HD screen)

Some application should be moved to a geonode map
