Bug Description

On OpenQuake Platform version 1.13.2 (currently available at https://platform.openquake.org) the link from the Global Historical Earthquake Catalogue (GHEC) to GHEA, the Global Historical Earthquake Archive (http://emidius.eu/GEH/info/?en=) is missing. In the previous version there was a link on the "En" id, in the "Feature Info" table pointing to the GHEA website.
