Bug Description
Tests performed during installation fail when the ged application is included to the installation.
Issue raised by django tentative to drop and recreate test DB using the geddb database that is read-only,
so a permission denied is returned and test fails.
When we move to geonode 2.0 we can re-enable this test and fix the problem.

We postpone this bug after the migration to geonode2.
Currently tests are disabled.
