Automate the process of creating GeoJSON from PostGIS

Once a calculation has been made using the OQ engine, we need a mechanism to create a GeoJSON. GeoJson is preferred in this case over Shapefile because it can be adapted to desktop tools as well as directly in the web.

Perhaps we could create a application that can digest GeoJSON like this: http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/vector-formats.html
We could then deploy such an application onto OATS (for example) that would allow users to access and view their calculation results.
