Bug Description
The OQP tabs need to be modified as follows:
add home (point it to a place holder location until the migration to GeoNode 2.0)
remove decide
remove model
rename explore to view
create explore tab that points to geonode-client
a full list of changes can be found in the email subject: OpenQuake Platform use case and vision sent on June 12.
