Bug Description

Currently, two risk outputs of the same type (e.g. two loss curve documents) but regarding two different loss type (e.g. structural and contents) can not be distinguished.

Add a field lossType to each riskOutput.

A refactoring of each riskOutput would be also welcomed in order to make them derive from the same XSD type.

In this context, it might worth to "structure" the different attributes into groups (e.g. hazardMetadata, riskMetadata) whereas the groups are in common.
