Bug Description

The following error occurs when using the Wells and Coppersmith magnitude -- rupture area relation with the "ALL" option and rake= "None"

openquake.engine.input.logictree.ParsingError: basepath '/home/openquake/Desktop/col', filename 'col_sm_nrml04.xml': Element '{http://openquake.org/xmlns/nrml/0.4}nodalPlane', attribute 'rake': 'None' is not a valid value of the atomic type '{http://openquake.org/xmlns/nrml/0.4}Rake'.
