Bug Description
The goal is to simplify the database schema by removing the following tables:
organization, user, input, input2job, input2hcalc, input2rcalc, modelcontent, job_phase_stats, output, error_msg, scr2ltr, source_progress.
The motivation is that we prefer to not support remote loading of input models in order to make it easier to implement dump/import features, oq-engine-lite, and oq-platform integration.
