Bug Description
Currently, in the hazard event based calculator we compute ground motion values by storing them in the temporary table hzrdr.gmf.
Then, during post-processing phase we rearrange them in the table hzrdr.gmf_agg., that are queried by the risk calculators.
However, such table is only populated when the config parameter hazard_from_gmvs is set to true.
