Bug Description

Moved from https://bugs.launchpad.net/openquake/+bug/1163834.

If a job.ini contains parameters which are not relevant for the calculation mode, we should raise a warning to say something like "Unknown parameter `foo`: ignoring". This way, if parameters are renamed or removed, users with old config files can get some small clue about the change.
