playground.py docu does not work on new buildsystem

Bug Description
When executing playground.py docu there is an error concerning the new buildsystem. The command scons pyconfig flavour=dbg cannot be executed. This command was only valid for the old build system.
Here is some of the relevant output.
Install PyConfig for /var/lib/
scons: *** No SConstruct file found.

Could not execute scons pyconfig flavour=dbg
