Bug Description
With the release of V5.5-000, GT.M now includes a replication feature called Supplementary Instance replication. This feature allows for a replication secondary instance to be locally writable. This precludes the instance being used for backup or failover purposes, but makes it much more usable for other purposes, such as reporting.

The OpenVista utilities need to be revised to allow this mode of replication to be optionally selected and used.
